BIOGRAPHY
about me
Soprano Kathryn Copeland Donaldson, a graduate of Westminster Choir College and the Royal Academy of Music, London, has performed with Gabrieli Consort, English Concert, BBC Singers, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, City Bach Collective, All Souls Orchestra and Brompton Oratory Choir, and toured throughout the UK, Germany, Romania and Syria. Kathryn has frequently performed solo oratorio and concert works in venues such as St. James’s Piccadilly, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Royal Albert Hall and St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Since her return to the States, Kathryn has performed as a soloist with the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Camerata and Chatham Baroque, and performed operatic roles with Pittsburgh’s Undercroft Opera and Microscopic Opera. She sings with Pittsburgh Camerata, Pittsburgh’s 'Music in a Great Space’ series, Renaissance and Baroque, Pittsburgh Opera Chorus and performed Handel’s magnificent solo cantata ‘Gloria’ with Chatham Baroque in May 2018.
